Motorola in 25 WiMAX trials
ORLANDO (WiMAX Day). Motorola announced it has nine contracts underway for the installation of 802.16e WiMAX networks, and the company also is participating in 25 WiMAX trials on six continents. The latest trial for Motorola is with TVA, one of the leading pay TV cable networks in Brazil. Using mobile WiMAX technology, the trial will be conducted in parts of Rio de Janeiro.
