ABI says WiMAX will supersede 3G

NEW YORK (WiMAX Day). According to a recent report by market research firm ABI Research, worldwide shipments of wireless broadband-enabled mobile devices will reach 50 million by 2012. This growth will fuel WiMAX in its eventual gain over 3G services.
