Job Responsibilities:

• Development, analysis, and modeling of the 802.16e MAC and the larger 802.16e mobility network.
• Work with ASIC and Software Design Groups as well as marketing and higher level management.

Skills and Experience:

• Networking protocols and network architecture IP, Ethernet, TCP, VoIP protocols, etc.
• QoS and scheduler design.
• Knowledge of Mobility networks GSM, CDMA, and 3GPP.
• Simulation using commercial simulation tools.
• Software development C/C++.
• The candidate should be qualified in product development from concept to deployment including architectural design, specification design, implementation, and validation.
• MSEE/CS. PhD preferred.
