• Define project-wide targets for petmitting, design and construction;
• Permitting and site design;
• Construction management;
• Quality of civil & building structures;
• Subcontractors negotiations;
• Construction Works acceptance on the base of Bill of Materials;
• Resourcing and training.

Job Profile:

• MSc degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Specific Professional Knowledge:

• An engineering graduate;
• Experience as Construction Works Manager;
• An analytical and enquiring mind;
• Strong managerial skills ;
• Advanced communications skills – written and oral; and good English is essential for contractor liaison;
• Past experience in a telecommunications Company using wireless access (eg cellular); and will have attended advanced supplier training courses.

Job Languages:

• English – good working knowledge, other languages are advantage.

Personal Characteristics:

• Analytical and conceptual thinking;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Flexible person to work overtime hours when needed.
