Job responsibilities:

• The Program Analyst will be part of the program management team whose core responsibility is collect and analyze data enabling successful program execution.
• Particular focus will be on building, maintaining, and analyzing schedules and budgets, including identifying risks and developing risk mitigation plans. This activity will include generating weekly status, indicators, schedule trends, critical path analysis, schedule optimizations and risk mitigation recommendations.
• The Program Analyst will work closely with Program Managers and lead engineers, in accordance with approved product development processes, to create and manage aggressive yet achievable work plans in a complex development environment.
• The Program Analyst will also be responsible for additional charter based projects within the program scope; these projects will be assigned by Program Managers. These efforts will require ownership of deliverables to achieve program goals.
• Coordination across multiple development sites is required.

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years in a product development environment, preferably in a wireless technology.
• 5+ years of planning/scheduling experience, preferably involving both HW and SW.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
• MUST have expert skills with MS Project.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to extract and summarize detailed information from multiple data sources in a clear and concise manner.
