The Deployment Manager shall be responsible for supporting the e-commerce system development and implementation processes by conducting and coordinating subsystem integration & deploy services within the environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design operating and technical solutions required to monitor, measure, and maintain service levels.
  • Work with project managers to develop and improve release and deploy plans.
  • Responsible for supporting the deployment requirements on assigned projects, ensuring deployment materials are created and suitable for Area/country deployment. On certain projects the Coordinator will perform hands-on deployment project management services.
  • Plan, coordinate and conduct software builds and code migration.
  • Support automated component testing within automated build configuration process.
  • Document processes and procedures to ensure repeatable success of the group.
  • Troubleshoot, help resolve deployment related issues in production.
  • Serve as administrator of software tools that are used by the deployment team.
  • Setting up test and production environments.
  • Working with developers to resolve deployment conflicts
  • Work with internal business and technical teams as well as senior management to identify and define new projects and initiatives necessary to meet our ongoing needs for growth and cost reduction.

Skills and Experience:

  • 4 + years of application and system integration experience.
  • 5 + years of software development life cycle experience.
  • 4 + years of operating environments: Multiple (UNIX, Windows).
  • 2 + years of system administration experience.
  • 3 + years of configuration management & CM tool experience.
  • 3 + years of software builds & deployment experience.
  • 2 + years experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teaming skills required.
  • Excellent work ethic, dependable, and responsible.
  • Must be a flexible self-starter who can ramp up with new technologies quickly and can adapt to a growing and evolving team.
  • Must be a great self motivator.
  • Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills, good oral and written communication skills, and excellent analytical skills.
  • Must be able to succeed with minimal resources and minimal supervision.
