POSDATA bets on WiMAX games
LAS VEGAS (WiMAX Day). POSBRO, the mobile WiMAX subsidiary of the innovative Korean company POSDATA, announced today that it will launch an online game business in America for mobile WiMAX. POSBRO showed its first WiMAX gaming device, the G100, last year. The company intends to launch the G100 in Q4 2008 with Sprint’s Xohm network. The portable online gaming market for WiMAX will be one of the killer apps worldwide. According to a company press release, POSBRO is already working with major game developers to optimise their games for the G100 platform.
