SINGAPORE (WiMAX Day). Following the announcement of the launch of the Wiseport maritime WiMAX project in Singapore, the WiMAX network provider QMax announced today that the network it is using is powered by the POSDATA FLYVO platform. According to a company press release, POSDATA has supplied QMax with base stations, network management software, USB devices and gateway routers. POSDATA Executive Vice President Mr. Joonil Shin said “Singapore has presented a promising stepping-stone to expand our presence to the global market, and we are intensifying local supports to ensure the success of our customer.”
