MILAN (WiMAX Day). The Italian group Retelit SpA reports completion of a € 35.4 million EUR capital increase which will allow the company to build-out a WiMAX network in Italy. The share offering was lead by  Centrobanca SpA, the investment arm of UBI Bank, and was fully subscribed with 75,058,224 ordinary shares. Existing shareholders Selin SpA, Sirti SpA, HBC SpA and Sviluppo Italia SpA each subscribed to the offering.
